Tiffiany Jones
Director of People Services
Tiffiany Jones is a dynamic and strategic human resources leader with a passion for fostering inclusive, high performing work place cultures. As the Director of People Services at BN Management, she oversees key HR functions, including employee relations, benefits administration and organizational development. With over 16years of experience in all facets of hotel operations and 4 years of experience in human resources, Tiffiany specializes in aligning people strategies with business goals to enhance employee engagement, retention and overall work place satisfaction. Having the experience in the operational aspect of the hospitality industry has given her a greater understanding and an appreciation for BN Management’s greatest asset, the people that has made the company what it is today.
A strong advocate for employee well-being and professional growth, Tiffiany believes in creating a workplace where individuals feel valued, heard and motivated to succeed.
Outside of work, Tiffiany is passionate about her family and spiritual growth. She truly believes that all roads that she has taken has led her here with BN Management, as Director of People Services.
